IES is committed to conducting business in a socially responsible and ethical manner; to developing and maintaining an organizational culture for our staff and contingent workforce that supports and recognizes the human rights and dignity (including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights) of all individuals working in and with our organization; and, to protecting our environment. We expect our business partners and clients to share these commitments.

Employees of IES shall be treated with respect and dignity and in accordance with IES’s policy of maintaining a work environment free of all forms of harassment or abuse, whether physical, verbal or psychological.

Child Labor/Forced Labor:

IES complies with all laws governing the employment of minors, and ensures that the overall terms of employment are voluntary.

Freedom of association:

We comply with all laws regulating working hours and payment of wages including payment of at least minimum wage and all legally required overtime pay.
