I would like to take the opportunity to tell you and the entire IES staff that it was a pleasure working with you. Everyone treated me with courtesy and professionalism and any issues I had were quickly resolved. It’s refreshing to deal with competent people for once, having worked with a variety of agencies that didn’t always get things right, but the IES team did, every time.
