For Our Community

IES is proud to support the volunteer efforts of our employees. Every year, we provide our staff with company-sponsored, unlimited paid time off to volunteer at any of our seven designated non-profit organizations. On average, our IES employees spend 450 annual work hours volunteering at these organizations, and maintain a collective goal of over 350 volunteer hours for their own personal causes. Our proudest achievement? We’ve been recognized three times by our national industry association for outstanding achievement in social responsibility – and the IES Cares program is now the foundation of our corporate culture of servant leadership and employee engagement.
