Orlando Kleen named Vice President of Finance at leading payroll and HR administration company

SAN DIEGO
, CA – August 24, 2009 – Innovative Employee Solutions (IES), a nationwide provider of outsourced payroll and human resources (HR) administration services, today announced the promotion of Orlando Kleen from Controller to Vice President of FInance.

A certified public accountant, Orlando joined IES in 2007 as the company’s controller, and is responsible for management and reporting of IES’ finances. Prior to joining IES, Orlando served as Corporate Officer and Controller for Telmex USA, LLC, and affiliated entities, where for ten years he oversaw the company’s financial reporting, operations, cross-border transactions, and taxation. Prior to his tenure at Telmex, Orlando held exective, management, and staff positions in industry and public accounting.
