Peter Limone to assume leadership of leading payroll and HR administration company
SAN DIEGO, CA – November 20, 2013 – Innovative Employee Solutions (IES), a nationwide provider of outsourced payroll, risk mitigation, and human resources (HR) administration services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Peter Limone to the role of President and Chief FInancial Officer.
IES owner and CEO Karla Hertzog made the announcement Wednesday. “I am incredibly proud of Peter, and thrilled that he has accepted our offer to serve as President of IES,” said Ms. Hertzog. “Peter’s thoughtful leadership, high level of integrity, and strategic financial decision-making make him uniquely qualified to serve as President of IES. He has already achieved a great deal in just two years at the company, and in addition to his career accomplishments, he has earned the respect and admiration of his team and colleagues. Mr. Limone joined IES in 2011 as the company’s Corporate Controller, bringing with him extensive experience in finance across a range of industries. In 2012 he was promoted to CFO, assuming increased responsibilities for IES’s Accounting and Finance, IT, and Facilities departments, as well as supervising the corporate budget process, from forecasts through compilation to implementation and monitoring. Mr. Limone’s previously-held positions include Vice President and Controller for 3E Company, and Division Vice President of Finance and Information Systems for Follett Software Company, as well as various roles at the Safety-Kleen Corporation, Laboratory Corporation of America, and Quest Diagnostics. A licensed CPA, Peter received his Masters in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland, and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elmhurst College.
