IES Receives 2015 ASA Care Award

Leading Payroll and HR Administration firm recognized by American Staffing Association for Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility Program

San Diego, CA – October 13, 2015 – Innovative Employee Solutions (IES), a nationwide provider of outsourced payroll and HR administration solutions, was proud to be honored with a 2015 American Staffing Association Care Award. This national awards program recognizes outstanding corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives—business processes that produce an overall positive effect on society—among ASA member staffing firms, associate members (industry suppliers), and affiliated chapters.

IES was honored for its “IES Cares” initiative, a program that encourages corporate volunteerism by providing staff members with paid time off to participate in organized group volunteer activities that benefit a number of local and national charitable organizations. In its 4 year history, IES employees have collectively contributed more than 1,000 hours of paid volunteer time, giving back and making a difference in the local community.

“We’re thrilled to receive this award for the second consecutive year,” said IES President Peter Limone, “but most importantly, we’re exceptionally proud of our wonderful staff whose generosity, enthusiasm, and dedicated service efforts helped earn this recognition.”

The ASA Care Awards honor CSR initiatives that involve employee training and professional development, community engagement, “green” business practices, philanthropy, and more. A panel of CSR experts selects the honorees.

ASA Care Awards honorees will be celebrated at Staffing World® 2015, the ASA convention and expo, Oct. 27-29 in Nashville, TN.
