Global Delivery Manager – Europe

The Global Delivery Manager serves as the primary lead in managing Global Clients, and coordination of global workforce for IES Clients.

This position is responsible for proactive coordination and communications to ensure all deliverables are executed with the highest standards in promotion of Client Success, Worker Excellence, and Operational Excellence.

Essential Job Functions

  • Client Success
    • Accountability to ensure success and support of IES client’s including growth and development within IES Global Services.
    • Ensures continuity and successful delivery of services to the assigned client accounts, workers, and partners throughout the world.
    • Communicates with the assigned clients to identify and understand product or service needs.
    • Assists Global Engagement Team and Clients for timely responses for country specific quotes and awareness of employment regulations.
    • Ensures assigned clients’ satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise throughout the relationship.
    • Provides advisory and consultative services and support to IES Clients and IES Team Members for the success for IES Global Services
  • Worker Excellence
    • Provides oversight per the client-specific hiring procedures to ensure efficient and appropriate onboarding (and affiliated activities); will continue as lead coordinator for off boarding process.
    • Assists in the development and optimization for IES entity coordination, to ensure Worker Success and Excellence
    • Identifies and drives efficiency and proactive coordination for Global Worker onboarding, employment and offboarding.
    • Ensures worker experience is equally a top priority and focus.
  • Operational Excellence
    • The position serves in a lead role, providing direct coordination as well as Subject Matter Excellence for Global Coordination and Services
    • Provides awareness and feedback regarding IES Global Partner network including review and due diligence of new partners.
    • Will serve as a facilitator for discovery and management of new and existing partner relationships; handling of escalations; management of pricing and coordination with the sales team; maintaining a database with partner information, documentation, and solution summary for each country where the partner services are used.
    • In alignment with various IES departments, contributes to and supports the development of a database of client facing documents summarizing most relevant aspects of a given country’s legislation observed in the provision of employment of record services including but not limited to labor, employment, tax and immigration laws.
    • May be requested to support sales endeavors and serve as Subject Matter Expert in pursuits and implementations for IES prospects and clients with global coordination needs.
    • Understands the culture and keeps up with changes and developments of relevant legislation in the countries where IES supports global workers.
    • Serves as the subject matter expert for managing international employment, onboarding, client and partner management and invoicing for the assigned client accounts.
    • Supports the development and implementation of policies and procedures for onboarding and maintaining positive IES experience for clients and workers.
    • Partners with the Global Team in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day global operations.
    • Ensures compliance with industry and country specific regulations as well as best practices; adheres and promotes adoption of all company global processes and procedures.
    • Maintains knowledge in developing trends and technologies in the industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in global employment and/or GDPR is a plus.
  • Bilingual or multi-lingual is preferred.
  • Knowledge of working within MSP, VMS or other client technology tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience learning and thriving in a demanding and constantly changing environment, having the ability to build and cultivate relationships across internal and external teams.
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Hiring Range: €62,000 – €75,000
