Problem:

A young, employee-owned company wanted to find a service partner that could provide payroll services to help them accommodate their diverse business expansion plans by expediting the hiring process. They needed to meet the challenges of growth while reducing administrative time and costs. They also needed a service provider with a Facility Clearance and the capability of administering an industrial security program for payroll employees requiring classified access.

IES tailored special reports for the client's division managers, human resources managers, and procurement and accounting departments (hard copy and electronically).
