• Employee safety training - IES can provide employees with learning opportunities to positively impact their performance by identifying and utilizing available training and development resources. Upon request, IES will provide videos and other information for employees, regarding workplace safety and maintaining a low-risk work environment
• Safety evaluations - IES can visit your worksite to identify common safety issues before an injury occurs. To further ensure a risk-managed environment, IES will conduct thorough safety evaluations once each year, and reserves the right to visit worksites additionally as required.
• Return to work program - In the event of an injury that meets doctor-specified requirements, IES will work to assist injured employees in finding employment as quickly as possible.
• Regular safety updates - Each quarter, IES conducts thorough research on a current topic regarding workplace safety. These findings are presented to employees in the form of safety updates and tips, which are included with their mailed paychecks.
• Safety reports and claims management - In the event of an injury on the job, employees' claims are immediately handled by IES. With years of experience in expediting the claims process, IES ensures less time and fewer hassles often associated with injury claims management.
