Employee Safety
Workplace safety is important to us. Like many concerned companies, Innovative Employee Solutions® has implemented ways to control Workers Compensation costs without compromise while maintaining a positive impact on our employees.
We have instituted safety training for all employees, which include written materials and information. Our Light Duty Program is available for employees released to modified work. They may be temporarily employed in our local offices when modified work at your locations is not available.
When An Injury Occurs
In the event of an injury on the job, injured employees should be directed to contact Innovative Employee Solutions® immediately. Employees will be taken or directed to the nearest pre-approved clinic. If it is a critical emergency, employees should be taken to the closest hospital emergency room without delay.
It is the responsibility of the employee's Jobsite Supervisor to communicate information about the injury or incident to Innovative Employee Solutions® as soon as the injury occurs. Call Innovative at 858-715-5100 and identify the call as an injury report.
There is a CLINIC ACCIDENT/INJURY REPORT on the forms page to be completed and faxed to IES along with the WITNESS STATEMENT. Our fax number is 858-715-5110, attention Human Resources Administrator.
