Cigna Starbridge Select
We offer a limited benefits health plan through CIGNA called Starbridge Select. This plan is a voluntary plan offered to all employees working 20 or more hours per week and assigned to a 3 month plus assignment. This is a good plan to help with the cost of doctor's visits for illnesses and accidents but does not cover preventative care and is not intended to cover catastrophic events.
New employees may enroll on the plan within 30 days of their date of hire. Employees may also enroll during open enrollment which is held in December of each year. Coverage becomes effective the first of the month following a 30 day waiting period.
Employees may choose to enroll their dependents on this plan. Please see the enrollment form for premiums. For convenience, all deductions will be deducted pre-tax from employee paychecks.
