Personal Cancer Indemnity Plan

We have partnered with AFLAC to offer a Personal Cancer Indemnity Plan designed to help cover the expenses of cancer treatment that may not be covered by major medical insurance. The plan pays you directly, regardless of any other insurance you may have to help offset out-of-pocket expenses including the following:

  • Lodging
  • Long distance calls
  • Childcare
  • Household help

Wellness benefit

Aflac's Personal Cancer Indemnity Plan offers a Wellness Benefit for many common cancer screenings, whether or not cancer is detected. Cancer screenings may increase the possibility of early detection for policyholders with cancer.

Eligibility/Enrollment:
