A Message from the President Dear Colleagues,

As an HR Professional you’re probably aware of the importance of communicating the value of benefits to your employees. Such efforts not only help employees but also produce a positive outcome for the company. The efforts of employers to increase their workers well-being creates a happier workforce and thus increases employee recruiting and retention.

In this issue of The Hire Option we interview Arlene Lieberman, Principal at Barney & Barney, to learn more about the different ways of communicating your company benefits to your employees and the consequences you can face if you choose not to convey this information.

Sincerely,

Elizabeth M. Rice, SPHR
