Tania Fiero
PHR, CSP, Human Resources Manager
Tania has been with IES and TOPS Staffing for 10 years. She started her tenure working as a recruiter specializing in professional placements and in 1999 was promoted to Regional Operations Manager, responsible for the training and development of 10 offices in the Western Region. Other responsibilities included HR audits, HRIS management and implementation as well as unemployment administration.
Tania currently manages the Human Resources department at IES. Her specialties include training and development, employee relations, co-employment, recruitment and staffing, and knowledge of State and Federal legislation.
Tania is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institution (HRCI) and is certified as a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) through the American Staffing Association (ASA). Tania is a member of the San Diego Chapter and the National Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
