Gaby Mergenthal
Executive Vice President
Gaby began her professional career working in the financial service industry with First Data Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, and was the first female district manager with McDonnell Douglas. In 1996 Gaby made the transition from the financial services industry into the staffing and recruitment industry. It was during this time that she worked as regional manager for TOPS Staffing, overseeing the operation of branch locations and managing major accounts. Gaby was responsible for the recruitment and maintenance of a productive team in a high turnover industry and personally sold $1.5 million in new sales. In 2001 she leveraged her knowledge to launch a direct placement division within TOPS.
As an Executive Vice President at IES, Gaby manages and overseas the sales and service team while optimizing the design and implementation of new offerings. Gaby holds a Bachelor's degree in social welfare from San Diego State University and an Associates Degree in business management from Grossmont College. Gaby avidly believes in improving her skill set and supplements her education with professional training.
