Darlene joined IES in September 2000 with over 16 years experience in the administration of payroll and employee distributions. Her experience includes management of employee benefits, 401(k) deductions and loans, garnishments, record keeping, employee personnel files, taxes, wage and hour law, commissions, bonuses, severance pay, vacation, sick and retroactive pay, I-9 compliance, printing and delivery of paychecks, and invoice processing.
Darlene manages an experienced staff of payroll administrators and operations administrators while overseeing the payroll processing for clients.
